Emails to setup charity event

To help organise the upcoming charity event I have sent a series of emails.. Below is an example of some of the emails I have sent.

This is an email I sent my tutor regarding some of the security I was concerned about for the computers before the charity event.

I have also emailed local businesses asking for help and support and to raise awareness of the event.  Unfortunately I have received no response regarding these emails.

I have also emailed the SCOPE charity asking for promotion and advice for putting this event on.
